If your family is in crisis, your first step is calling our Day Center (810-234-9444).

A Family Promise staff member or representative will be happy to explain how our program operates and how you and your family can begin your journey from crisis to stability.

Family Promise of Genesee County bases its definition of family off of what the child considers as family. We accept parents who are married, single or same-gender. If a grandparent or other family member has legal custody of a child, it is also considered a family unit.

To be considered for entry into our program you must have at least one child in your custody. You do not need an agency or school referral to enter into Family Promise of Genesee County.

Adults in a family unit must pass a drug screen and submit to a background check.
